1. Serviceman called before he came to let me know when he was coming.
2. He showed me how the "empowered water" worked with a demonstration.
3. Because I had moved all the furniture already, he cleaned an area rug with no extra charge.
4. He was courteous.
5. Carpets look better than with prior cleanings by other companies.
We were very pleased with the cleaning of the grout and tile but not so happy with the carpet cleaning.
They get the carpet clean. It gives the carpet new life. I don't feel like my only hope is to rip up the carpet anymore.
Great customer service, clean "green" products and arrived early and explained the product and services to the detail and got it done and perfect the first time. I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning and especially the tile floor. It is like new again.

Well I had been hearing the commercial on K-Love radio and finally got around to scheduling and appt. our carpets are 11 years old and they now look like new again. I had a lot of pet order and urine and the spots are gone and no more smell.
Still have some pet smell.

I am unsure about Zerorez yet. I am a little concerned about how wet the carpets remained after the cleaning. My carpets were cleaned Saturday between 2:30-4:00. The carpets remained very wet even into Sunday. They were still damp in spots Monday morning. I have had carpets professionally cleaned before and I have also used my home carpet cleaner and in both cases the carpets were dry within 2-3 hours. I don't quite understand why they have remained so wet now.....I would think a commercial cleaner could suck most of the water out.
The carpets appear to be very clean except we had an issue with one spot in front of our doorway to the kitchen. The carpet looked fine when the rep left but Sunday morning (probably as the carpet was dryer) about 4 brownish/orange spots appeared. I was able to clean these areas with my own cleaner and the spots seem to be gone now.

No disappointment but nothing great either. Carpet looks the same
Our carpets are builder grade and original to our home of more than 10 years. They are an oatmeal color and looked gross. We are embarrassed by how nasty they look to the degree we rarely have people over. Our son is a teenager and the carpet in his room looked hopeless. After Zerorez cleaning we are amazed at how great they look. We keep commenting to each other that we can’t believe how great they look. Replacing the carpet is not moved off our top 10 priority home improvement list for the time being. Thanks Zerorez!
The product does not leave residue.
Price is misleading. radio ad states $89 for three rooms and treatment alone was more than that. Over $200 was not expected

When our 2 swivel chairs were clean, they were moved to the kitchen and the cleaning process took the stain off our stained concrete. I wish the they would have taken the chairs outside to have them cleaned and it would have saved us time and money in having to redo our stained concrete.
Very disappointed with the stain removal. Most of the stains came back after it dried. Didn't know until they showed up that it would be "a lot" extra for the pet treatment per room and even paying the extra it was not guaranteed to remove the stains, which it did not. And I didn't know until reading the paperwork that it would cost even more to "guarantee" the stain removal. Clasic bait and switch and I will never use you again. And I will never listen to the talking heads on the radio pushing products again!
On time arrival, the friendliness of the representatives that came out. The honesty on recommendations to prolong my carpet.

You do an excellent job of cleaning the carpets and are on time, which is important to me.
Spots were not removed. Technician was more interested in selling the protection than in cleaning. He quoted $90 for protection but came down to $75. Last year I paid $30. I need to have a redo but by a different technician.

Everything, i have used you personally and professionally and never been disappointed. All the staff have been professional and considerate! all of the work has been well performed from cleaning duct work to granite, tile and carpet. I have not tried the wood floor cleaning but probably will in the future.
