Tony did a great job of explaining the process and the expected results. Carpet looks good.
It was quick, dried quickly and the tech was very pleasant.
I PAID AN ADDITIONAL $120 FOR PET STAIN REMOVAL. WHEN THE TECH AND I TALKED ABOUT IT, IT WAS NOT FOR 2 OR 3 STAINS BUT ANYTHING HIS "SPECIAL LIGHT" PICKED UP. WELL..... FRIDAY AFTERNOON, I SAW AN OBVIOUS OLD PET STAIN IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS. WHY DID HE NOT GO BACK OVER THE JOB AND LOOK FOR ANY MISSED PET STAINS? DID HE JUST WANT COMMISSION FOR THE UP CHARGE? I AM VERY UNHAPPY THAT THIS STAIN IS VERY OBVIOUS. THE STAINS I TOLD HIM ABOUT WERE REMOVED. HOWEVER, I DID FIND ANOTHER OBVIOUS ONE RIGHT SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF ANOTHER ROOM. LUCKILY, HE HAD NOT LEFT YET AND I CALLED HIM IN TO RE-TREAT. IT CAME OUT EASILY. I NEED SOMEONE TO RETURN AND REMOVE THIS OBVIOUS STAIN. IT IS NOT A NEW ONE!!!!
OR, I SHOULD BE GIVEN A PARTIAL REFUND ON THIS PET STAIN. APPARENTLY, UNLESS I FOLLOWED HIM AROUND AND POINTED OUT EVERY LITTLE THING, HE DID NOT DOO WHAT HE PROMISED. I EXPECT A FOLLOW-UP CALL REGARDING THIS MATTER.

My vacuum setting had to set up because of
the volume the process returned to my carpet.

What I like best about the product is that it doesn't leave a residue in the carpet. What I like about the service Seth & JB provided was their knowledge about their products and about pet stains in general, and their great attitudes! They were very enthusiastic, outgoing and positive. It was obvious to me that they and genuinely enjoy doing their job.

I thought the price for four rooms was outstanding. Keith cleaned my carpets and he did a great job! I had not had my carpets cleaned in some time, but he made them look like new again. Jodi Dean is right: Zerorez can get anything out! Best carpet cleaning job I have ever had. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Be more up front about real costs. I was very surprised at how much it was to clean the tile in my house vs just the carpet.

I like the way my carpet smells after your cleaning. No soap odor.
I like how new the carpets look just after cleaning and how they feel fluffier. I will admit, however, that the stains reappear in time requiring subsequent cleaning. But, it's nice for how long the cleaning lasts.
Yall cleaned carpet thursday at 11am. It is now friday at 9pm and my carpet is
still wet!!! Thats another day put off to move in.
Also, i paid extra for traffic area, it did not help.
The $99 special ended up costing me $199.00 when all said and done. The carpets did look good when done but the technician persuaded me into buying the pretreatment saying that the carpets would not get clean without it. Why not just include that in the price or don't bother cleaning the carpets.

It got my pets bathroom stains which had come back with the last company that had cleaned them. Very happy about that.

we were suprised that the quoted rates were differne after they got here. They added 60 dollars per room for pet stain removal but honestly it still has an odor.
It also took like 24 hours for the rooms to dry, the ad's on the radio claimed fast drying.

Service was great but the stain in the bedroom leatched back up so it is there again.
I was also told I would be getting a $100 fuller's gift. Errico ate and have not received it yet. When can I expect to receive it?
