Very friendly, personable staff. We have an older carpet and it hasn't looked this good in years.
The guys were very nice and I was told that the pet odor would be eliminated but after spending 75.00 per gallon on several gallons of your solution, I still have the odor. I spent a lot of money and still have the problem.
Technician was very professional and did a good job.
The carpet looked like new after having it cleaned. There were some pretty bad spots in it where the nap was crushed and dirty looking and the cleaning pulled that all up. I couldn't affort the $60 per room stain treatment (which I also that was way over-priced) but without it I did not see any stains come back after the floors dried. I was very happy with the job that was done. My house is on the market and the $115 cleaning will save me $1500 in carpet allowance when I do sell my place.
What a surprise! I was given a window of 1:30 to 4:00 and Philip called at noon asking if he could come EARLY. When he arrived, he made an assessment of all my carpeted area and made suggestions on how to extend the life of my carpet...which I took. He went right to work, told me what to expect, and worked with me on pricing because my town home has an odd room arrangement. Because of his courtesy, I got more work done than originally intended, but I am SO happy with the results. All stains came up and the whole house smells great! Your products and especially services are GRRRRREAT!
Tech was able to remove a FRESH AND VERY SERIOUS pet accident. Horrid odor and huge poop stain are gone with the product he used. I am so pleased because carpeting is only 2 years old. PS: Pet needed medical attention as that behavior was not normal. Philip did a good job and shared my concern over the horrid stain.
The level of customer service and the knowledge of the technicians. I will use Zerorez from here on out.

I love that there are no harsh chemicals or residue left on my carpet.
The gentleman that came to the house was so respectful. Explained everything in detail. Very professional, which is trait not seen very much now days. My only thing was that they didn't get all of the stains out. They were not pet stains, they were kid stains. My room was cleaned and next to my bed it was crunchy after it had dried. Not supposed to happen. Also, I asked for the 4 rooms for 99 and I got that, but I was charged an extra $50 for my game room which was "oversized". I think that was an outrageous amount to charge since i already was paying for it to be cleaned. That's not right. I don't think I will use them again unless these issue are resolved.
My carpet is REALLY clean, most of the stains came out, and Joe Martin was one of the best carpet techs I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
The tech did not clean carpet under nightstands that were moveable some of baseboards still look dirty and some of the heavy traffic spots , seemed really inconvenient when i asked for blocks to put under furniture i was going to put back myself.
The extra charge for the stairs seemed excessive. And after vacuuming the stairs were spotted and not as clean as the other areas

Excellent service. We were the last appointment on a Friday evening and just knew that the crew (of 2) would be anxious to get home. The were very professional and did an excellent job.

I don't know why, but I did expect the carpet to have less remaining water in it after cleaning. The service was good, don't get me wrong.
My carpet was left so wet that I had to pull my carpet cleaning machine out and extract two containers of water from the carpeting that your company cleaned. Some of the carpeting was still damp the next day even after I ran my machine over it. Your advertising is misleading. No prespot cleaning is included if there are spots on the rug. The ad stated that your rugs were CLEANED...not just wet. I was not given a bill and did not receive one by email as the technician told me. I had to call to get an invoice emailed to me.

My carpets come out looking nice and bright and are softer than when I had them done the conventional way. I little more pricey however, especially for small area rugs.
Use something better to get the "high traffic" area clean,
My carpets were filthy although they had been professionally cleaned in the last year. I was debating whether to replace them. Now they look brand new! They don't use any lingering smelly chemicals, just very hot steam that dissolves the dirt & grim allowing it to be easily extracted from the carpet. They were very professional & courteous, & explained everything they would do before they began.
Professional, uniform with name and training badge, friendly, timely, explained process and pet stain removal. Loved the light that showed pet stains. Loved the results!! Best carpet cleaning job ever. 20+ year-old carpet looks better than ever. Exceeded expectations! Thank you ZEROREZ!
The carpet isn't clean! And I was told that it couldn't be cleaned! Your advertising on the Jody Dean Show is totally misleading! He states that your process will get out everything and yet I have several spots that didn't come up! I think my Bissel Steam Cleaner would do a better job than what I paid you for! Also Jody Dean advertised today that your process would remove pet stains and odors, but I had to pay an additional $180.00 for that service! So for $310.00 I have partially clean carpets! Needless to say I am very disappointed with your process!
