Move the furniture and set it back up. Have two persons working. We realize business is tough.
I thought if I paid a more I would get a better job, and your prices are babout $100 over what I have paid any other carpet cleaning company. Although the tech was very personalbe, he was in and out of my house in less than 1 hour. The cleaning was ok, but there was still pet hair on the carpet and I really expected a complete job where I would not have to go back and revacuum and all.
good service and good cleaning of stains
1) came at 6:30pm (there fore caropet would not be dry until midnight)
2) knocked a picture off the wall and broke fram
3) elect cord faded blue on carpet
4) truck ran out of water and used our water
5) truckbroke down and had to come back the next day
The fact that there are no chemicals left in our carpeting. The non-pressure of upselling and the quick and convenient servicing by the Zerorez technicians.
The technicians were very professional, very quick, but also very thorough, I was given good advise,and my carpet looks almost like new.
It did the job!
Service tech Tim is a very person, but scheduling dropped the ball.
I did appreciate the others trying to fix the dropped ball, but it's difficult
making up being 8 hours late. I do still have one spot in our
den that needs a follow up, but everyone thing
else is good.
I liked both your excellent gear and the very pleasant and capable technician who answered all my (many) questions patiently as I watched every minute of the job (Philip Stephens).
To me, "empowered" water sounds like snake oil. But for sure, the carpet looks good. I would like to learn more about the science behind your process. Then I might be convinced that you do have something better than anyone else.
Your website doesn't cover the science particularly well, and I found it hard to find information on the WWW. If there is good and unbiased information on the WWW about using ionised water for carpet cleaning, you might try to refer your readers to that.
When I say science, I mean popular science. I'm not a chemist or the like.

You guys offer a cheap price but them when they come to the house it cost 4 times the original price.
Also, the prices that you have for area carpet are more expensive that actually what you pay for whole rooms. What kind of reasoning is that? A carpet 6x4 cost more to clean that a room that is 15 x 15!!!

Today I recommended Zerorez to my cousin Mary Cathy Carroll, I told her she has to ask for Tony Watts. I have used Zerorez a couple of times before, the first time my carpet turned out great and it was fairly new. The second time I had my carpet and couch done, most of the stains didn't come out, especially in the high traffic areas and the couch looks exactly the same, it was a total waste. The technician said some stains just don't come out. Well, years later, Tony got the stains in my carpet out! I am seriously considering having him come back and do the rest of the house.
Clean, fresh smell. Old stains do not return.

We used your service twice. Once in late December and again on Feb. 14th. Both times we called to schedule a time to have our carpets cleaned. (We didn't push for an quick or earlier date). Your person on the phone gave us a date with a window of 1PM to 4 PM - for both appointments. Both times the carpet cleaner showed up almost 1 hour past the 4 PM deadline. We have other things to do besides wait for you to show up. When someone makes an appointment I expect them to keep it. Calling at 4:30PM and telling me you are running late twice is not good
