The tech was friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly and they arrived on time.

There was a residue left on my carpet and tile that we keep tracking throughout the house; I am disappointed because I thought the only thing to be used was water. The carpets took overnight to dry, as well. I have contacted your office and someone is coming back to clean with just water. This has been a major inconvenience of time and disarray in our home.

Found Zerorez to be more expensive than competition for quality of service provided.

The carpet was not stiff after it dried but was soft and felt like new carpet. The technicians were highly skilled and knowledable about their products.

Richard was very professional and thorough. He was also punctual and polite. One very nice thing he did was to put a drip pan under his truck when he backed into the driveway. He also did an awesome job with the carpet - got those pesky pet stains out.

there is an area that the tech did not get cleaned

the man talked us into a three hundred dollar cleaning and my husband said he wasnt here that long and the house still has the smell of dog in it . we have moved into to the house now and it still has the odor we are very disapointed . All i heard was good this on the radio about zerorez . I think that is why the disapointment. No thanks Jody Dean unless something is done about this. Thanks for listing .

Was quoted a price of $250 over the phone then was tried to upsell at my house. Also, my upstairs still smell like pet urine after paying extra fopr the pet treatment.

I already sent an email concerning this issue. They came to our home on 1/31 and the next day I hear of a 4 room special for $99 with a gift card to Fuller Jewelry which we were not told about.

Very happy with the outcome, however, it took quite a while for a couple of rooms to dry.

The technician was able to get coffee stains off my carpets. I will be using your company again!
