Gets the carpet cleaned and good service. There were 2 spot areas though that could have been cleaned a little better, not sure why they didn't clean up as well, but it's not a problem.

You guys cleaned the carpet at my house and that technician moved the furniture. This technician didn't move anything. He told me that I would get more value if I moved the furniture. He charged an additional $50. to clean the floor in the kitchen and it doesn't look any better than a standard mopping. He also knocked a large mounted photo print off the wall and damaged it.

The technician was wonderful and very friendly and assured me the stains would come out of the carpets. He also sold me on more products -- protection of the carpets, etc. and I spent much more money than I had planned but was persuaded the extra treatments would be best for the carpets. After the carpets dried, your cleaning left a white stain in spots all over the master bedroom carpet. Most of the original stains/spots came out but it looks like the solution you used has taken the color out of the carpet.
I used your company on recommendation from one of my employees and would most likely not use you again.

I used Zerorez before and was very disappointed that I still had so many spots on my carpet. This service is more expensive ($600)than others so I expected to get better results. I got a marketing call from someone and decided to try again. Brad worked really hard to get my carpet clean and I'm hoping those little places don't pop again again.

I liked the 15 min heads up before arrival. Very polite technicians and not at all pushy. When they asked about sealing the carpet and I only had money to do one room, there was no problem. Carpets look great! I have already recommended you to 2 people.

Pre-treated stains in hallway coming back

The agent Jamul spent a lot of time on one section of area rug but not the high-traffic area, so the run is cleaning on one side than the other. I was also disappointed that he did not get the stains out of area rug. Was careless on potted plant outside. Knocked it over twice and did not pick it up or move it out of the way. Bedroom carpet looked a lot better before the protectant was sprayed on it. Then it is sticky and dull looking, not fresh and clean as before. Wished I had not done the protective spray and paid $30 extra for it to make the carpet look worse. Cost were not shared openly before the final bill. How we got from $89.00 plus tax to over $266 is beyond me and I will not recommend you because I felt it was shady the way the cost were raise for pre-treatment (not covered on phone) and then protectant, which only made it worse. Area rug was not cleaned and it should have been the easiest to clean because it is thinner. I went over my carpet with my Rainbow vacuum the next hour after agent left and filled an entire container full of dirt and water and fur. That means, you did not clean my rug very clean at all. If you high powered cleaner cannot beat my Rainbow vacuum, I cannot possibly recommend you as really cleaning a carpet.

Within the past month I had may carpets cleaned by a competitor of Zerorez - a company I had used for many years. I was displeased with the results they achieved in the high traffic areas in my home. In places, it didn't look like they had done anything to clean those. I had heard many radio ads about Zerorez and decided to give them a try to see if they really were better - as their ads say. I'm so glad I did. I'm so pleased with the results. The tech who came out cleaned one small area to show me the difference he could achive. He told me I could decide after seeing that area - which he cleaned at no charge - if I wanted the other problems areas done. The results were amazing - so he estimated the cost for the rest of cleaning and did it immediately. Great service and I'm so pleased with the results.

There were several ways in which I was disappointed. 1) The fact that you charge $35 for having the hallway cleaned; another company I used did not charge anything. 2) You consider a room which is larger than 10' X 20' to count as two rooms; never had another company charge that way. 3) The technician quoted extra treatment for high-traffic areas as costing $60 per area; I consider that exorbitant. 4) Instead of offering to move our dining room chairs to the kitchen in order to clean the floor better, he suggested we do it; not my idea of good service. 5) Your promise that the carpet will dry faster with your method than that of other steam-cleaning companies was absolutely false.
Bottom line: I do not consider your service to be any better than your competitors, so in the future I will simply use whoever offers the best deal.

I was told my rugs would come back in three weeks (before Christmas), yet it took five with no explanation. It also took more than one phone call to get a response. Still no explanation of the delay...or an apology...but I do have my property back now.

I spent $162 to have a 8x10 area rug cleaned (when zerorez was running radio spots advertising 4 rooms for $99). The tech ensured me that all the special treatments I was paying for would eliminate any of the puppy urine smells that were the reason for me having it cleaned in the first place. $162 later, the rug smells worse than before and I might as well put it on the curb for trash pick-up.

We were very happy with the way the rug cleaning came out. Your tech was very nice and professional and did a good job for us. I like the way you don't use any of those harsh chemicals to take the stains out with, and that there isn't any of that awful after smell. I would recommend you people to anyone needing their rugs cleaned.
