This is the 3rd time I have used Zerorez and I won't use anyone else. Unfortunately one of the homes we moved into didn't have any carpet. Zerorez is a great company. The cleaning they do is far superior to other cleaners I have used over the years. The carpet doesn't stay wet that long. Spots come out and don't come back. Very pleased with their customer service, and the people that come out to clean are very personable and friendly. They take time to listen to what you want. Austin came to our home to clean our carpets, which included greasy stain on one rug. He explained our options and the types of cleaners he uses, so we were very comfortable with our pets safety and getting our rugs clean. He was very patient and thorough in the prepping the area and giving us advice to keep things clean going forward. The carpets look great, and we are extremely happy with Zerorez and Austin.
