I think the service guy's name is Xavier. He showed up right on time. We looked over the job at hand, he got his cleaning equipment out from his van, and started right in! He did an excellent job as I was well satisfied with his work. We got the paperwork taken care of and off he went. I'll see if he is available next time I call Zerorez for my carpet!!

Joe and Ben did a terrific job! They knew I would be on the phone for work and came in quietly. They were super informative on what they were going to do and efficient with the time.
