The technician had an outstanding work ethic. Our house is 4200 sf with a lot of vents and returns, and we also had him clean our dryer vent (which had additional challenges). He was more than happy to do all the work with professionalism and expedience. Plus, he took extra care to protect wall corners and furniture that could come into contact with the hoses. A+ on this!

Arrived on time, and let me know they were on their way. Quick to make appointment when I could be home. Marvin was our technician and was great. Did a really great job and got all of our pet spots removed.

Lance was exceptional, both his work & his personality. My carpets looked so good when he completed the job-I had used a bissell cleaner before Christmas, and they don't work very well, but he made my carpet look almost new. The cost was reasonable, too.
Zerorez has done a good job cleaning our carpets for many years We installed new carpeting about six years ago and didn’t require their services. They were the first company we contacted for our recent cleaning and Larry did an excellent job.
