Great service and results!
My first time using it, so I'll have to let you know in the next few months for sure what I think about it. The reason I picked company was because you don't use traditional detergent or soap, and won't get that residue on the carpet which tends to make carpets look dirty quickly. I know because I had a spot on my carpet , previously used an enzyme product which cleaned the carpet, but then it got dirty quickly because I left a grimy residue..
So far the carpets are great after using your services.
The man who provided the service, I thought was exceptional. Great attitude, communication , he was prompt and a professional attitude.
From what I've experienced so far, I will use your services again and recommend them.

I love that you don’t use soap and no detergent things that have surfactants to attract the dirt back to that spot, and it’s safe for children and pets it also dries a lot faster I would never allow anyone to steam clean my carpets bacteria grows on warm wet things and when they shoot that steam hot water down into your padding and get your floor so wet it’s guaranteed to grow bacteria down there before it completely dries not good I like the way zerorez cleans your carpet my carpet was completelydried by the evening! I love Zerorez!!!!
Let me start by saying Josh (the cleaner rep) with Zerorex was very prompt and so very courteous. He called me to give me his exact ETA and he was there within 20 minutes of the specified time. Josh walked with me and my husband from room to room and with a black light process; was able to hone in on troubled areas we couldn't see and assured us he would give those areas some extra love and attention. He also presented some others features and top notch products to not only clean our carpets thoroughly but he also offered a special protectant that would protect our floors and furniture for quite awhile, at least until the next cleaning. My floors came out amazing, the rooms smelled very fresh and with the deep cleaning Josh did on the carpets (per room) you cant even tell that we own a small dog. Thank you so much Zerorex and a special thanks to Josh our go to carpet cleaner. I highly recommend this company and ask for Josh. He is such a ROCKSTAR all around.

Very quick and efficient
This is the fourth job they have done for us. The tile looks great and they sealed it too. Great job for a great price. I'm a landlord and property manager so am always looking for great companies to clean my units. This company is great and reasonably priced.

Jesse did an outstanding job! He did our floors and our carpets and they came out great! The grout lines haven't looked this good since the house was built nearly 20 years ago. The price was very reasonable too.

Scheduling was quick and easy, they were able to get my carpets cleaned a couple days after calling. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work I needed done. Waylon was able to get it done in just a couple hours and it’s turned out great! I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone that’s looking for a cleaning in the future.
I have mild asthma that gets activated by chemical odors, and mentioned this to Jax. He explained the method used and checked in with me as he went along. I had no issues! Jax was both personable and professional.
