We had carpet stairways that showed quite a bit of where on the carpet. Once you serviced before are finished the stairway look like new carpet.

Clean cleaning. Professional, patient, respectful, consciencious and accomadating. They took the time to pay special attention to the areas where I was especially concerned.

Affordable price. Both times that I've had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez, my carpet looked amazing after they were done. The guys who cleaned my carpet were helpful and professional. They suggested further services and products to keep my carpet clean, but were not high pressuring.

The customer service is great. The techs who come out and do the work are always courteous and do a good job. They are timely in getting here and sometimes call ahead to request to come early which I like. I like there's no chemicals being poured on my carpets. The natural products that are used to provide a fresh scent are also very nice. I like how the company treats their employees, the last technician who was here was happy with his job and felt he was treated well at Zerorez. This means a lot to me, for I think our companies should take care of their employees and I'm happy to use this service knowing they do.
