No after smell

I have an expensive and large wool rug that I have neglected. Additionally, I have three dogs and my couch reflects their dog smell. I was nervous about having both of these items cleaned as I was afraid they would not look like their new selves after cleaning. I was completely thrilled with the condition of both after cleaning. Pretty close to that new feel again which is saying a lot considering both items are 16 years old!
I do think you need to allow extra time for drying. I was told two hours, but my work was completed at 2:30 in the afternoon and I didn’t feel confident using my couch until the next day.

Service man explained the procure, added services and listened to my carpet concerns. Extremely nice gentleman and the work was not rushed but efficient and professional. I like the fact that unknown chemicals are not added to the cleaning process and the carpets look, smell and feel better. Price is fare and Zerorez is always my first choice.

The technician who cleaned my carpets was AMAZING. I'd had Zerorez out a year ago when I spilled an entire cup of coffee on my stairs. The technician at that time was great and got most of the stain out after he returned a second time. I didn't expect I'd ever have stain-free stairs again, but Ted made it look completely new again!

Two younger guys came out and absolutely knocked the service out of the park. They cleaned my couch. Scooped up an area rug to take back and have cleaned, in addition to four bedrooms in total. The house smells amazing - I could not be happier! Customer service all around was great. Highly recommend!
