Chris Conner gave a level of service that we had never been provided before. He used a special black light that allowed him to see exactly where stains were located on our sofa that were not visible to the naked eye. In addition, he put protective bumpers at the corners of my walls! No one from any company for the services that we have had in our home, had ever shown such a high level of care! We didn't know that these were even a thing. We have damage to our walls as proof that these had not ever been previously used. We will be requesting Chris from now on any time we need our carpeting or sofas cleaned. We appreciate the work he did and the care he showed our home.
