Client Testimonials

Anthony took the time to listen to all of my requests, and was friendly and professional the entire time. I had a carpeted room that had been soiled by my daughter’s cat, and it turned out amazing. My tile floors look like new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends, as they were able to book me quickly before I had company coming to stay.

Jacob did an amazing job with my extremely dirty carpets. He was very hard working and very pleasant to work with. Couldn't give a higher review of him and the job he did.

Excellent carpet cleaning, professionalism, and showing up on time every time.

I like the fact the product does not include chemicals or soap and only uses heated water with a deep extraction process. John was friendly, professional and did a wonderful job. I've use you guys the past 7 years and have no plans to look at anyone else. Keep up the great work.

Daphne did a fantastic job cleaning our very dirty carpets!

Explained procedure, time and care
Thank you Zach.

I forgot the name of my service tech, but he was very nice and very good at explaining things. He did a very good job putting some life back into these old carpets.

Not our first time having Zerorez clean our carpets because we have always been happy with the experience. All the rooms came out nice and clean and the couple of stains we had are gone. Service was completed in under 2 hours (large family room/hallway/small staircase/area rug/master bedroom). Our tech was friendly and communicated very well. That was appreciated. We asked him to be careful of our newly (and costly!) installed grass-cloth wallpaper and he did.
So, everything cleaned, nothing damaged and done quickly. Cannot ask for better than that!

Above and beyond service and love getting educational info!

James provided excellent service. We had not had the carpets professionally cleaned in several years due to low traffic areas. However, James meticulously cleaned every room and his expertise showed.

I like the clean carpets and the friendly people that clean them. Thank you so much

The employees who cleaned our carpets were very friendly and professional. They gave us some helpful hints to keep our carpets looking great. So glad I decided to use Zerorez this time instead of Stanley Steemer!!
