Dade explained everything great and it was a smooth process.

Juan was so friendly and knowledgeable….he was punctual and efficient. I had several areas of a stain and he worked diligently to remove them, explaining what and why he was doing as he was working.

Very happy with the job the cleaner did.
He spent a lot of time going over the stains in our carpet and throughly checked out where our puppy had urinated. Going over which didn’t smell and a place he suggested could bring up more smell after cleaning.
A few hours after he left, our granddaughter walked in and mentioned how great the house smelled. She didn’t know we had just cleaned it.

It was convenient getting a quote for the work I wanted to have done and getting an appointment. The technician arrived within the appointment time frame and called 30 mins before arriving. The technician was very friendly, we reviewed the work I needed done and then went to work quickly and efficiently. I will add that I removed all the necessary furniture pieces before the technician arrived to provide as much open space as possible. Also vacuumed the floors before he arrived. These are usually things other companies charge for.

The guy sent out to our house was SO polite and very professional. We think he needs a raise and some type of recognition. He tried hard and didn’t just go through the motions.

We tipped him and he said we didn’t have to and tried to give the money back. We know good work and he was definitely a hard worker. I wish I had his name so I could tell you who he was.

Our carpets and rugs have turned out beautifully, even those with pet accident stains and ground in dirt and tiny debris from weeks of workers walking over them during storm repair work. The prices seem very reasonable, and we like the company's philosophy.
