The service person was detailed and informative. He wore the shoe covers and used wall bumper covers as well. The job was very thorough. They use a pre treatment then another machine to scale the carpet and get the pre treatment between all of the carpet fibers. The final step is the water which is alkalized. So, no sticky residue and the carpet was very clean. It was dry in 8 hours. Will use Zororez in the future.

Communication is fast and timely. Things are explained clearly so that there is no misunderstanding later. The technician, Jose, was very knowledgeable and experienced and he went the extra mile to clean heavy traffic areas and soil filtration on the baseboard edges.
