The technician used our garage sink, and that was fine - but he ‘borrowed’ a towel and a red pail as well. We had no problem with him using them, but we wished he had left them here.

I had my ducts cleaned, and I appreciated the professionalism of the process. The ducts were covered with a sturdy tape while the pressurized air was forced through, rather than be removed.
