I requested the air duct cleaning and dry vent cleaning services. I appreciated the integrity and honesty from technician Seth when he observed that the air duct system was in such disrepair that it could not receive the service. The cost was lowered to the service received for the clothing dryer vent cleaning. It is amazing that I can receive information about the state of disrepair from the duct cleaning technician, but did not receive any kind of information regarding this from the HVAC technicians that have provided seasonal maintenance on the HVAC system over the last several years. Thanks again Zerorez for another job/service well done!

I was please they were able to get someone in the next day, it was more expensive than what we are used to paying with our other cleaner but being they could get there when we needed them made it worth it. The cleaner was very friendly and did a good job.
