He helped me understand why I wasn't able to fully remove some. orders and after investing some initial yikes cash I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER He spent 2 hours on a 400 square foot area and that was tackling the spots. All good with Zero Rez. Answered all questions quickly and simply for estimate. Got carpets cleaned the next day. Timely arrival by our carpet cleaning Tech Luke. He was a an amazing one man team. We had some carpet stains that were removed by the products. Drying time was good. Luke finished the job in a short time in a professional manner. My wife was pleased and happy how great our carpets looked. So I'm a happy man too. Thanks Luke and Zero Rez for helping to make our home and living space beautiful.

From the very first phone call I could tell the customer service at this company was incredible. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly, anticipated my questions and was prepared with answers. He shared details of the company's products and was upfront with pricing. They were able to get me scheduled quickly.
William, my service technician, arrived on time and was equally as friendly. He confirmed my order and made some suggestions to add on but no hard sell. He completed the work quickly and left my carpets and furniture both looking and smelling fantastic. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone looking for carpet or upholstry cleaning service.

Technician was careful, proficient, considerate, professional and explained every choice he made or reasons for how he responded to any request. Did a very good job on a few very difficult stains.
The service guy explains what could come out of the carpet and what will not. He did a great job getting the dirt out but some of the stains not so good, but he had told me they weren't going to come out.
