Alec was extremely knowledgable, and efficient. I was impressed by Alec's desire to provide top level service. So I don't know if zerorez should get the credit for a score of 10 or just Alec.

I called back the next day and I’ve yet to hear from Zerorez regarding some spots which have come back, which were not caused by animal secretions. I would like to hear back from someone again to retreat some spots.
