Good and quick professional service
We have 4 large dogs in our home. While most of our home is tile, the hallway and stairs are carpet. With it being older carpet in a high-traffic area, it gets dirty quickly and does not smell or look terrific. I like how the carpet is pre-treated and then the added odor protection. It helps it look newer, reviving it a bit and it definitely smells better. Chris always does a great job.

Easy scheduling with an appointment available within just a few days. Technicians called ahead of the schedule time offering to arrive early, and showed up at the agreed-upon time. They were very professional and courteous, and completed the work within the estimated time. My carpets look amazing! I really dislike carpet, but having them look clean and well cared for is worth the reasonable cost of routine maintenance by ZeroRez.

The carpet cleaning was done very professionally. He provided helpful hints as to “after care”, that is, the use of ceiling fans to promote drying of the carpet. This was very helpful.
