It is extremely easy to book services online and there is always a follow up phone call to verify the accuracy of the order. Emails are sent as reminders of the booked cleaning with instructions of what needs to be done ahead of time. A text is sent when the technician is en route so I have time to secure my pets. Technicians are always very polite and personable. I have only had to use the guarantee one time and was completely satisfied with the result.

Zerorez has been our carpet cleaner for our Springville based licensed daycare facility for a couple of years now. Uncharacteristically, our last cleaning was not up to par and I requested a redo of the traffic areas of the recently cleaned carpets which they gladly scheduled. The redo was fantastically done by their technician Mark and we could not be happier. Sometimes things are not done as they were intended, but Zerorez stands by their word and made things great.

Did great job cleaning carpet on stairs and explained the process on cleaning the carpet fibers and then adding carpet protection to help minimize dirt buildup. Didn’t use a lot of water allowing faster dry time.
