Your technicians are knowledgeable and respectful. They are punctual and always pay attention to some “hard” stains. And they remove those spec stains too!!

It was excellent, efficient service. Mr. Knight arrived on time or a bit earlier than expected and got right to work. I was very happy with him and will recommend both him and the company to others.

Our technician was amazing. So friendly, explained everything and conscientious of our home not to damage anything and cleaned up any residual water.
The rug didn’t get as clean as I thought it could, so I called Customer Service and they came out the next day to pick up the carpet and take it to their office to be cleaned again! I think that’s some of the best Customer Service I’ve ever had and I would definitely recommend Zero Rez to family and friends!!
