I am so happy I chose Zerorez to clean our carpets! Zach was our technician and was respectful and thoroughly explained the process. We did add on deep cleaning services due to having cats and I am so glad. He even showed me later how much was picked up during the cleaning. The timeframe was approximately one hour to clean three rooms and my carpets look and feel brand new! I will definitely continue with Zerorez for their services and highly recommend that anyone who reads this to do the same.

Professional technicians that I’ve had the last several times, courteous, careful, mindful of the furniture and do a very nice job getting the carpets cleaned.

Zerorez sent out another tech to redo my living room since there was some spots that didn’t come up. I am glad that they took their time and went over it slowly and it all coming up. We have used them before and will continue to use there every few months!

I like the concept of cleaning carpet with minimal to no chemicals.
Booking the appointment was easy. The technician called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He took time to explain how he was going to do the work and answered all my questions. The carpet looks nice and clean, I am satisfied with the work.

The technician walked me through the whole process and gave me options for deeper cleaning. It wasn’t a hard sell which I appreciated. When he was done, the house smelled and looked clean.
