Client Testimonials

Fast and reliable. Always a great job done!

I like the lack of chemicals used. The carpet just feels clean, no stickiness, no chemical or perfume smell. The technician always explains the process, walks the space with me to make sure they are aware of problem areas, and then again checks with me at the end to make sure everything is good. We have used Zerorez many times and have been impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.

The team from Zerorez showed up on time, were courteous, dressed professionally, and got right to work cleaning the carpet. They explained some spots in the carpet and potential cleaning limitations. They did suggest that I add a pretreatment to my order, and didn't push any further when I declined that option (which I appreciated). The carpets turned out great, and the team wiped down the hallway to ensure no water was left behind. Couldn't ask for more. Will use Zerorez again!

ZEROREZ never disappoints! Home and my business carpets look brand new again.

We have used Zerorez for many years and have referred the company to clients and friends.

The product itself. Better for the variety and environment!

it's a reliable, efficient, friendly service and the results are extremely good.

Excellent service! He did an amazing job and was quick and thorough, carpet looks great! Thank you!

Our carpets look amazing! The service is excellent. The young men, Alfonso and Jorge, were professional and kind. Alfonso explained everything very well. We're glad we went with the additional protection. We liked the way they protected the corners of our cabinets from their hose by placing corner guards up. We liked that it was just a long hose coming from their truck and not having to lug a big machine around. Also the whole process was so fast! We will use them again!

The upholstery cleaning service by Antonio was above and beyond any expectations and he was so personable and friendly.

Technician knowledgeable and informative. No hard sell, just honest evaluation & solutions.
Rugs look great afterward.

Healthy cleaning and nice service people!

Our carpets look great after cleaning and the tech did a great job and was very customer service oriented and friendly. Would highly recommend

Excellent follow up service. FYI, my ottoman with velvet fabric needed the marks removed from the previous cleaning. The marks don't come out if allowed to dry. I spent time smoothing the wet fabric until it dried and now it's perfect!

Thanks for making it right for me.

Great way to clean rugs. And the upholstery protectant they put on our dining room chairs was amazing. Within a few months had a party, friend spilled red wine on one of the chairs, we all looked in shock, I grabbed a damp cloth and all the wine disappeared. Never knew anything happened. So happy with that.

We have our carpets cleaned every 6 months, doing for many many years. Highly recommend.

Justin was great, he assured me he would do a good job and did he ever. My carpeting is Very Old and now it looks great. Justin was very polite and patient with me.

I will use you again, and will be recommending you to others.
