He was on time, he thoroughly cleaned the carpet, although there were still some stains that were due to my husband's neglect, not Tyrone's in any way. Tyrone did an EXCELLENT job at trying his best to combat them. I would recommend him in a heart beat. I have never been disappointed in your services. The technician really tried to get stains out of dining room chair cushions, however, some stains would just not come out.

He did an amazing job on our area rug cleaning. The rug looked fantastic when he was done.
