Client Testimonials

Great worker, efficient and determined to do the best job possible. We like the lasting clean without residue and appreciate your efforts to reduce pollution.

Everything went well, Braden the service tech arrived on time. It was very friendly and answered all my questions. He recommended Scotch guard, and explained everything well. Carpet dried in the normal timeframe and was very nice looking when it was completed.

I loved how Sal and Chris were so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment. They addressed several problem areas and treated them thoroughly. Sal informed me of several services Zerorez offers and answered the questions I had with such confidence and knowledge, backing it up with an informational flyer. He sold me on the Premium Fiber Protectant, and I'm very excited to see how it performs. Overall very satisfied and pleased with my service!

William has cleaned our carpets & tile floors many times.. such a pleasure & great work!! Thanks, Zerorez!

Excellent job cleaning my carpets

The service person was detailed and informative. He wore the shoe covers and used wall bumper covers as well. The job was very thorough. They use a pre treatment then another machine to scale the carpet and get the pre treatment between all of the carpet fibers. The final step is the water which is alkalized. So, no sticky residue and the carpet was very clean. It was dry in 8 hours. Will use Zororez in the future.

The technicians were very nice and understanding , they did a great job !

I feel like our carpet gets truly clean all the way to the base with Zerorez. A significant difference from our regular push-carpet cleaner

It dryes quickly and does not leave a residue.
