The tech was super nice and polite. The only reason for my rating of a nine, rather than a ten is because we have two stains on our carpet that weren’t there before and we I’ll need a touch up of sorts.

My experience with Zerorez from the very beginning with scheduling for airduct cleaning to the time Chris and Kylan were done was exceptional. Chris called 30 minutes out to let me know when he and Kylan would be arriving. They arrived and were nothing but professional. Chris and Kylan explained the process and got right to work. They were so nice and polite. I would highly recommend Zerorez without a doubt.

I had Zerorez clean a sofa and a chair in my home. I contacted them the next day because neither were cleaned well at all. They could not have been more accommodating! They sent a more experienced man out named Castor and WOW!!! He re-cleaned both and did a fantastic job. I am 100% satisfied with his work and how well the company rectified the first visit in a kind and speedy manner.
