I really appreciate the amount of time and detail Mia put into my services. She was by far the best tech they have. I used to use their services quite a bit, but prior to me. I was often left feeling like I was playing roulette with who I would get and how long it would be here and the level of care they would take in my cleaning, so we had quite a few bad experiences, but after finding out you can request certain texts we are back to being loyal customers and will be requesting her every time thank me later and make sure you request her.

We had a great experience with Zerorez! Brian did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets, especially tackling some tough pet stains—we honestly didn’t think they’d come out as well as they did. Everything looks and smells so much fresher. He also worked on our shower, which had quite a bit of mold and buildup, and it now looks completely refreshed. Brian was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Our Tech, Garrett, was awesome. We had him out to clean the carpet in 3 bedrooms. I asked him, if he could quote. Cleaning the grout on my kitchen floors and 2 bathrooms. He, quoted a reasonable amount and was able to do them for me on that same visit. I am so pleased. My floors look amazing.
