I had 4 carpet bedrooms cleaned and free grout cleaning in the bathroom. The carpets are 20 years old but they sure turned out nice. I was amazed how clean the bathroom tile floor came out! They look new again! Mike was the cleaner technician and he was very friendly, polite, and did a great job! I also liked that he let me know his ETA.

The service tech, Daniel, was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was very thorough and patient in explaining what he was doing and why. Though, due to the fact that my sofa was natural fibers, he was unable to remove spots that I had hoped would be...he gave it a good college try. I would definitely use ZeroEZ again, should the need arise.
