The tech showed up right on time. He was courteous and accommodating.
I had a unique situation for him to clean my couch and several area rugs outside as I was getting new floors in my house! He didn't skip a beat!
Got right after all the pieces of that sectional sofa, offered and applied some special spot treatments and got to work!
He was throughout and efficient! He did all the cleaning and above and beyond by hanging the area rugs over our fences even though I told him we would do it!

Our tech Daniel was fantastic. He arrived on time, confirmed the services we had scheduled, gave a brief overview of each, and went to work. He paused about halfway through and gave me an opportunity to have a look at the area he had cleaned, then completed the job. The carpet looks great and smells clean.
