Our tech Seth and his assistant did an amazing job! My carpet in the basement is cat urine free and is so clean and fresh! I am also happy with my carpet upstairs as well. It is an older carpet and they got it looking clean, fresh and the texture is much improved.

The deep cleaning really made the carpet look fluffier and almost like new. Seemed to take a day or more to actually dry though.

The 2 employees that you sent here were exceptionally polite. Very mannerly they were on time and did a great job. I must tell you this , the van they brought did leak black oil on my driveway. It came from driver side near the back tire according to how he parked. We got it cleaned up. But all in all I will refer this cleaning company and I will use you again. Thank you.
