Your carpet cleaning process is very effective. I have old carpet but even at that it cleans up nicely when properly cleaned. When the last cleaning was done it was not to the same degree of cleanliness as the other times I have used your company. I called and a re-service was promptly scheduled and completed with results I am very happy with. Your techs are hard working and very personable.
