The two gentlemen who cleaned the carpet were personable and friendly. They explained in detail exactly what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. They did a great job, including removing longstanding stubborn stains that had been in carpet in a prominent place in my home. I was very pleased with their work and will use ZeroRez again.

Great Service. The technician left the canned goods. I had services done with 3 rooms carpet, with the 4th room free with donated canned goods. Plus hallway services. I paid $189 over the phone but came home today and saw the canned goods still on the counter. Thanks again and good job on the cleaning.

Efficient. Thorough in explaining treatments and what add ons are available including what to expect after the treatment. I didn’t think some of the stains on our carpet would come out but they cleaned up very well. High traffic areas are still a little darker but I expected that and they still look pretty great. I’d hire them again.
