I have been a regular customer of Zero Rez Carpet Cleaning Service for several years and continue to be very happy and call then tp cream my carpets and upholstery on a regular basis, approximately every 3-4 months, and my carpets still "look like new" although they were installed when the house was first built and purchased by me in 2005. They are always responsive to and accommodating on my scheduling dates and times, call that they are on their way, and leave only after getting my approval of the job when completed. I have recommended their services to all my neighbors.

You do a good job. A bit on the expensive side but I like the floors look good afterwards.

I did, however have to clean a six inch diameter oil leak problem left on our driveway. That was ok because it was my fault for not asking if your van leaked oil. Previously I told him he could park in our driveway. Next time I will ask if your van leaks. Don’t worry, I will still use Zerorez!

Customer service is great! Initially, a newer technician who just finished training came to do the job. He was so nice and helpful and really took his time, but I called afterward about there still being some stains on our white chairs. They sent a senior tech (Isaac) to check it out and he did the entire job over again. He was so thorough and got our couch and all our white chairs back to looking brand new! Highly recommend!!

More recently in March 2026, Adam did my stairs and 2nd floor carpet. No pressure to "up sale" and add services - if you're not interested, just say 'no, thank you' and they move on. Adam was
friendly as well, thorough, but fast. A really nice young man.
