I’ve used your company the last four times for carpet cleaning. I’ve always had a good experience. What I especially like is the fact that the carpet doesn’t feel so wet when you are finished. I used one company where the steps were still damp the next day so never used them again. I decided to try your company and have been using you ever since.

Service techs were great and the finished product was perfect.

I was able to get clear & concise pricing over the phone and once I decided to book their services, I got very precise instructions as to what to expect and what they would do and how to prepare for them. Tony texted me when he was on the way, he did a great job was very careful covering corners and wearing booties on his shoes so as not to track any dirt. Plus he swept and mopped after himself. As stated my carpets were dry after several hours and able to be walked on. Zerorez was recommended to me by my neighbor. I recommend them And Tony who was courteous, polite, and efficient.

We have older carpet that was very dirty due to several pets and daily use. Zerorez came in with a very friendly knowledgeable presence. Worked quickly and did a great job. I didn't think they could look that good....nice job.

I don’t remember the young man’s name, so sorry, but he was very thorough and considerate. He explained all the services and fees up front in a way that was easily understandable. He is professional and did a great job cleaning our carpets and furniture.

Our technician, Nate, was courteous and very thorough. Our carpet was old and stained, he made it look almost like new!
