Our consultant that did our carpet was on time and very pleasant to work with. Overall the experience was good but you should probably reconsider the price you are charging for deodorizer as the effect is temporary and the smell comes back within a few days. Or consider including it with the clean considering it doesn’t last and will likely upset customers considering we expect it to last long term and not short term. So your company is good for a clean but the extra cost for deodorizer isn’t worth what you are charging. Thanks
