Colton did a great job cleaning and sealing our laundry & bathroom tile floors as well as the shower. I have never used Zerorez before, but am so impressed that I have scheduled another appointment for the large area of remaining tile floors to be cleaned, the grout repaired & replaced, then sealed. I can’t wait!

Note that at no time did I detect an odor during the process!

And, Colton is the best! He is knowledgeable about the Zerorez product, patient in explaining the process and very respectful; everything a business would want to represent them!

Steve was great. Unfortunately, due to one person team there was no assistance with furniture moving. However, there were no disposable rug sliders provided to move furniture. So, the center on the room didn't get cleaned to my disappointment. Steve, did his best to go under, but he did not recommend placing a metal or wood leg onto a wet surface for fear of rusting or staining.

Service person was very personable and hard working.
The job was done well and looked good the next day.

Didnt like that the treatment wasnt guaranteed if we turned down the scent treatment.

A professional service and good value for money.

I've used Zerorez for many years. This time however, my time slot was between 10am-2pm, as I could not get a morning appointment. By 3pm, the truck had not shown up. Once the driver (Christian) finally arrived, he offered to clean an extra room for free which I accepted. I was getting 3 rooms cleaned originally. Christian was polite and courteous and did a great job. When he went to leave, his truck broke down and he had to call a tow truck. I felt bad as he was running late and still had a couple more jobs to complete.

Christian did offer other services as we discussed cleaning tile and grout etc. I was just disappointed that he was so late as I waited around for over 5 hours.

They do a wonderful job with their services and the service people are very friendly and accommodating. The price is also very reasonable.

Technician showed up on time and was very efficient in getting our area rugs cleaned to a high standard. Carpets were not overly wet and had no bad odor when the job was completed. Great customer service!
