Anthony was great! We have used Zerorez for our carpets for many years. We have always been pleased with their service, and this latest appointment was no exception. Anthony was polite, prompt, and efficient. He called to give me a heads up that he was on his way which is always appreciated. Our rug is still the original from when we moved in and definitely has obvious wear patterns all over the place, but Anthony did a fantastic job lightening those stains. Great job as always!

He also explained the options of carpet cleaning available for pet issues, and took the time make sure we understood the process and the costs. We had nearly our entire house was cleaned, and it was done in a reasonable time frame.

The 2 fellas arrived on time and were very nice. Cleaned above expectations.
Only complaint is I now have a 3 foot long stain and a circle one at the very end of the floor that I did not have before. Both I am sure from their equipment.

I couldn’t let you know sooner as I went out of town shortly after they completed the job.

Was wondering if they could come back and do a touch up?

I like the no soap no residue feature

The tech, Jeremy was great! Carpet and sofa are clean. He did a very good job. This from a clean freak. He was personable and courteous.
