The carpets and chair that Chris cleaned look great and feel soft, not sticky. But our tile floors in between the spaces were left with a cloudy film on them, I'm assuming from product over spray. Hopefully it will mop off.

As a person with allergies I like that it’s just water and not a lot of chemicals. I’m a repeat customer and they do a quick but thorough job. Also while they give you a 3 hour window they do call when they’re close.

Had carpet and armchairs cleaned this week. Carson did a great job, discussing pros and cons and making recommendations. Chairs look so much better and spots in carpeting are gone.

Carpets are nice and clean.
I suggest you include a pair of Booties for customers to wear while carpets are wet.
I would consider paying for a pair of waterproof booties that fit over shoes.
