Communication was good. I received a call and text 30 minutes before arrival, and, not being at home, discussed my needs by phone before work began, received texted photos of completed work, and texted invoice to pay online.
A couple of spots were left on the binding of my rug, and they came out the following week with a smile to get them out thoroughly with a different tool.
I will call on them again.

The original hardwood floors looked amazing after 50 years of neglect ... and the carpet in hall and stairs cleaned up great as well. The two gentleman who did the work were thorough in their explanations of job and very professional... personable. I would definitely recommend this company without reservations.
