Our service guy (I'm bummed I forgot his name) was so awesome. He was super helpful, provided great info, several options, and ultimately did all the cleaning immediately and efficiently rather than requiring scheduling for another date. He was friendly, fast, professional, and respectful of sound, timing, and property. I could not have been more grateful or impressed. The rugs and furniture look amazing, and he spoke very highly of the ZeroRez process and products. Give that guy a raise!!

We requested Zerorez services to clean our dryer vent. They had a bird’s nest removed the first time, but when the birds continued to build a nest, Zerorez responded quickly and sent out a technician again to help clean out again, and even helped us attach a new dryer vent cap to keep the birds out for good. We are so thankful for the responsiveness, efficiency, professionalism and kindness from Zerorez!
Each time I've used Zerorez for my carpets, they have done an excellent job of cleaning. I've used other services but none have cleaned my carpets as well as Zerorez.
