I love the ease of scheduling and the friendliness of the employees. That and the quality of cleaning provided by Zerorez are one of the reasons we have used Zerorez several times now.

Our carpets look pretty good but while we didn't have a huge job it did seem like the cleaning was accomplished quicker than it has in the past and there were still a couple of small dark spots that were still on the carpet once it dried. We used a cleaner to remove them so I just have to wonder why they didn't come up with the cleaning like similar other spots.

Your method and solution clean carpets better and it lasts longer. Our carpets are probably close to 20 years old and only once have they been cleaned by someone other than Zerorez. The people over the years who show up and do the job are well trained, respectful and skilled. When we have our tiles in the kitchen, bathrooms and dining room cleaned, the same skill and training and quality result occur. Solid company who has earned our loyalty.

I have used Zero Rez for many years. They are prompt, efficient and thorough. They seem to always get the stains out of our carpets and afterwards they feel so much softer and brighter. I like the Zero Rez does not use soap which allows the carpets to get dirty quicker.

ZeroRez is the most expensive carpet cleaning company around, but no one provides a better service, and a better deep cleaning service than zeroRez. I’ve used you three times, I will continue to use you, because when you leave, my carpets look brand new!

Absolutely loved the service! Tech was on time, polite and explained the entire process. End results are great. We have dogs and the tech did the pet treatment, dog odor is gone.

I am very satisfied with my furniture cleaning experience. Our technician TJ was able to eliminate the pet odors on the sectional sofa as well as get rid of all the stains. The sectional looks brand new again thank you so much!
