ZeroRez - Ben and Taylor were very pleasant to work with, and our carpet has never looked better. Not only did they clean it with their new water system, but Taylor also sprayed a protectant to keep it looking like new after raking it. They were on time and were done in a little over an hour in our 1400 sf apartment. We will definitely us them again.

Dear Sirs,
I use your powder cleaning stuff in a water mix solution all the time to help eliminate laundry spots. I does a great job in conjunction with Dawn liquid.
Your carpet guy was quick and efficient. After he applied the cleaning solution, he used an electric carpet brush to help the carpet cleaning solution work. My only issue was the brush equipment wasn't cleaned out between jobs and large clumps of hair and other peoples carpets fibers, dirt grime, etc. were deposited on my carpet in several obvious places. That should never happen. We have people, friends and family that visit us regularly. They have pet hair, dander, and mold issues, so we keep our house in friendly, cleanly shape all the time. Getting other peoples crud, hair, dander and dirt dumped around our house is not good. Could you please correct your procedure for cleanliness sake? Just a few minutes of cleaning up the brush unit and it's storage tray should prevent this from going on. Thank you for the good job he finished for us.
