The young lady that cleaned our carpet was very polite and professional and did an amazing job. She was very thorough and did an outstanding job on our carpet .We've used Zerorez before and were extremely satisfied then, and this time was equally satisfying as well. The product and services offered by Zerorez are the best we've ever found.

I did the air duct cleaning and it was amazing! I love how efficient the team of two were and that there was no residual dust to clean up after. The results were fabulous and seeing the video inside the vents was helpful! I also appreciated the added dryer vent clean out. We also purchased the infrared sanitizer with the charcoal odor reducer and we are happy you offered that on site.

I liked the timely service. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. I do wish the soap used has a fresh scent. It smells like nothing. I would have liked a light clean scent.
We were very satisfied with Daniels cleaning and will follow up in 6 months as suggested on a very suborn area of the carpet.
Daniel even helped me scurry off a tree frog that likes to hide under our front door wreath!

Prompt arrival for our carpet cleaning. Keith walked through the areas to be cleaned to pre spot any problems . Before and after the cleaning, he reminded us that the stairs would be damp (and slick). Safety First.

I appreciate the cost of Zerorez carpet cleaning services as well as how wonderfully clean my carpet is when the technician finishes. Earnest Warren was the technician from Knoxville, TN who did a great job this time (I have used this service before).He was thorough, explained the process and offered other additional options. I have a small dog who sometimes has accidents on the carpet but when he finished I could see no signs of any accidents. I have a carpet cleaner but it doesn’t do the fine job that Zerorez does. I will definitely use this company again!
