I recently had my carpets cleaned, as well as the tile floor in my bathroom plus the shower, by Marshall. The bathroom/tile cleaning was awful. Not clean at all, black residue build up in areas of grout from pooling and not removing water, a dingy icky film was left all over the floor. It looked way worse than before it was "cleaned". In addition, the shower had zero improvement, couldn't even tell it was worked on.

I called Monday morning and requested that someone come back out to fix it. They sent Victor out the following morning. He listened to my concerns and took the time to correct it. I could not be more happy with him and his work. The floor and shower were left spotless, sparkling, and looking like new! I wanted to be sure to let you know that Victor took his time to do an excellent job. I was very pleased with his work. (Marshall..... not so much! I would recommend someone address this with him and do some more training, as his work was unacceptable.)

First time using Zerorez. The comprehensive information provided by the Office Manager was enough for me to try this company. She scheduled, at my convenience, vent cleaning and carpet cleaning service. Kevin, the technician, arrived at my doorstep at exactly the scheduled appointment time…..who does that? Kevin was polite, careful with my property and meticulously cleaned my ductwork and carpets. He also applied antibacterial treatment to the duct system. I highly recommend Zerorez from my personal experience.
