We love Zerorex hot steam cleaning process. Our carpet has never had the shampoo build up that make carpets dull. Adam, did a wonderful job on areas that needed to be worked on. Justin did an excellent job. He explained the process and methodically cleaned the ducts from each of the vents. He cleaned the materials that fell from the initial opening of the vents. He explained to me he used a fiber glove in the main intake vent on the first floor for safety reasons instead of the brushes because of the fiberglass material used in that vent could have cast fiberglass particles. He is a very conscientious person. Thank you for a job well done.
