Cleaning took care of all food spots and spills from carpet and recliner. Carpet dried fairly quickly. Your employee Ari was terrific.
The associate arrived right on time. He explained everything he was going to do. He looked at all our floors and told us what to expect. The work was done fast and efficiently. Our carpets are clean and refreshed.
We had ordered a bottle of the stain remover, but he said the company was currently out of it. We hope to hear from them when it's available so we can have it on hand.

I am the kind of guy to not use fabric softeners in my laundry. I like when things have a neutral smell. I appreciate that you use non scented stuff and that my carpets are cleaned without leaving junk behind in it. It's awesome and I'm very impressed with both the service, and the hospitality.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable of the products and services. He was very organized, professional and finished the job with a spotless response. The rooms look good even though he was unable to get one stain out left by our cat's throwing up. It was an old spot so nothing bad on him just was hopeful it would come out.
