The Zerorez technician that cleaned out carpets did a tremendous job. Carpets look great and he was able to completely remove several stains that I thought were permanent because another carpet cleaner couldn't get them out...

The person who cleaned my carpets was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He did a thorough job. He explained the process for drying the floors and what could be done if the cleaning didn’t completely eliminate the odor (pet urine from a previous tenant). After a week, the for is unnoticeable and the cleaning greatly reduced the residue left on the carpet by a previous cleaning.
The tech, Samuel, was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I had pet urine stains and smells that he treated and it smelled great when he left! He also cleaned 2 large couches that were very stained and I was delighted to see how well they turned out. I highly recommend this company.
