Matthew was amazing. Kind, respectful and did a great job. I felt he went above and beyond. Recommended addition options but I never felt like it was an "up sell". He showed me the benefits and my husband and I think that this is the best carpet cleaning we have ever received.

The technician Montae was exceptional.
He delivered professionalism and the thoroughness of the process. However, after a couple of days after the carpet drying process, I noticed that a number of the stains are still visible. They weren’t removed. I got the deodorizer as well as the carpet protectant on two of the rooms where the stains are still quite prevalent.
Not sure if there’s anything else that can be done about that, but I’m open to any suggestions or ideas.

The person who cleaned my tile was very professional and polite. I was given the option of having the grout cleaned. While the grout was not cleaned on this visit, it will be on the next.

They were prompt and called 10 minutes before arrival. There was no hard sell to do more than I contracted for. They finished with in the 2 hour frame they promised. Then my neighbor came and asked them if they could clean her carpet. They agreed to and she was very happy with their work.
