Finding a company that would clean out my dryer vent that goes through the attic was difficult. I had contacted five other companies that would only do that job as an add-on to cleaning all of the air ducts throughout the house. But Zerorez sent two service men out and they were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that my neglected vent was completely cleared of lent. I won’t lose their number because they have other cleaning services that I will be using in the future.

Clean without harsh chemicals

I just want to compliment the service tech Josh who came to my home and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets.. He was very prompt and reliable and was able to setup the equipment in my condo which is hard to access via the mobile units but successfully did it. I highly recommend the company and kudos to the techs!

I was completely satisfied. Gerald came to my home because a couple of stains did not come out after having a very sick dog. He worked very hard and all the stain was removed. He was efficient, polite and compassionate. He is a worker you want to keep! In fact all of your employees that I have had have been great.
