Paul was very friendly and professional. He was on time, and did a great job cleaning the carpets in a home we are renting. He discovered pet urine in a lot of the rooms which was very upsetting to us, but he took care of it. We were also able to schedule the service almost immediately so that was a huge bonus for us to have the carpets cleaned last minute before we moved in.
The technician is always prompt & professional. This time we had Brandon who took his time and did a great job. Will recommend him to our friends & neighbors!
The person that came to my home carried himself in a professional yet friendly manner the entire time he was there. He provided us with an estimated time for completing the job prior to starting, in addition to an estimated drying time upon completion. Overall he did an excellent job!
