Austin did an efficient job. He was curious and professional.

Exceptional professional associates who do a great job.

Did a very nice job carpet looked brand new again

Great work and service

The work completed was of the highest quality even in these crazy 100 degree temperature. Our technician (Brendan? Brandon?) took enormous pride in his hard work and presented as true professional.

My carpets are old, and they were very dirty. I was thrilled to walk in after being away all weekend, to a much cleaner and nicer smelling home.

I have had the service before but the service tech that came this time was the best service I have ever had. Last years tech was late and sped through the service and provided bare min adequate service. However, this time...the service tech was very friendly, very thourough and cared about my satisfaction and took great pride in doing a job well done!

On time, good communication, good service.

Good workers who correct any problem that is existing or one that may occur later.
Also they have been polite and patient with any questions I had.

Mike was very knowledgeable & professional. I felt comfortable with his approach to making sure all of the areas of concern were handled the best way. He made sure to protect the walls while cleaning, and wiped any excess water on the floor. He had a positive attitude and genuinely wanted to provide a great service from start to finish. 10/10.

Good job and attention to detail

Mandal was very kind, informative and did a great job!

Toook up heavy stains

Our service technician was outstanding. He was respectful, listened to our specifications, and did an excellent cleaning job.
We are going to request Brandon on our next service call.

on time, carpet looks great. very nice customer service person, Omar.

George did an awesome job on the return visit. I would recommend him as the cleaning tech for many. Thank you for restoring my confidence in the company.

Although I wasn’t pleased with the pricing I was very pleased with the service and our technician Scott. He answered any questions and concerns I had before beginning and in spite of upwards of 90 degree weather, he took care in the way he treated our home. Thank you again Scott for great customer service. On a side note: I am still not sure why an area rug is regarded differently than the general cleaning of a bedroom, especially if it’s smaller than a bedroom surface. I didn’t see any different equipment being used when cleaning my area rug.

I have used Zerorez for years. This was the best experience I’ve had. Our technician, Zach was phenomenal. He was professional, efficient, courteous to protecting walls from hose, dried hard floors at the end very well (usually they are streaky) and thorough in his job and explanation of services. We had carpet and tile cleaned. All look brand new. Granted we are not hard on the surfaces to begin with but still came out looking new!

I've used them for years to clean carpet, and just had them clean air ducts and handler - great job, very happy!

We are preparing our home for sale. The carpet is getting some age on it but we really didn’t want to replace it due to time and money. Zerorez got all the stains out they said they could do. Also Sam the technician was fantastic in explaining everything and answering our questions. We had concrete work done on the porch and couldn’t walk on it but he was able to use a window. Thank you Sam for your expertise!

Technician was earlier than actual appointment, he did come in a walked the areas before starting. Was easy to correct some small issues quickly, get to cleaning and did a nice job on the carpet

First time having our carpets professionally cleaned. I could not be happier with the professionalism and knowledge. Looking forward to booking again.
