I was amazed at how much better the rug looked after it was cleaned! I had the living room rug and my bedroom rug, and then the grout on the kitchen tile, and all three room rooms just looked great!! and the tech was really excellent, he was cooperative. He was understanding he was energetic. He worked really hard and he did a great job. I would definitely call Zerorez again and recommend them.
