Our carpets were stained and smelled like smoke from a malfunction of our stove. Zach was able to get the carpets to look brand new and the carpet smell is gone. We like that the cleaner you use is all natural and doesn't leave any residue. Zach was very professional and did an amazing job. We highly recommend Zeorez to anyone who needs their carpets done. Our carpets look better than any other professional cleaner has ever gotten them. Thank you for your GREAT service.

Good people who know what to do. Minimal sprays almost all water. Little mositure remains, fast dying and no strong odor left behind.
Zerorez cleaning services are thorough. The technician was conscientious, mindful of my home. Friendly and went above and beyond to provide good service.
There were quite a few steps to the cleaning which I don't think I have had before. The machine extracted a huge wad of pet fur that wasn't visible on the surface. I was very happy with the overall service, although I noticed a couple of stains after the carpet dried. Ryan was very nice and explained the process to me. He did a great job!
Fast, professional, removes stains really well.
My favorite thing is that there is no soap residue. Nothing left to hang around and attract more dirt!
