I've had Zerorez clean my carpets before and I was completely satisfied. A recent event with our dog, bad reaction to vaccination, numerous rooms were affected, it was bad! The gentleman scheduled called ahead, showed up on time and did a marvelous job on my carpets, all stains are gone. He was very polite and transparent, did a great job and I could not be happier. I will be getting my other 3 rooms cleaned sometime soon.

This was my first experience with zerorez. I couldn't have asked for better service! The communication about my appointment was amazing. They were on time and even called me to ASK if it was ok to show up early. (Absolutely!) My technician was excellent. He evaluated the issues I had with the carpet. (Really bad stain.) He talk to me about the process, and asked me if I was pleased with the results. I was amazed at the difference. I seriously didn't think the carpet would ever be that clean. I will be recommending them to my friend and family. Thank you for excellent service!

Appreciated the call 20 minutes beforehand to let me know he was coming, and he showed up on time!
Knowledgeable about the carpets and the stains I wanted treated - he let me know that there wasn't a guarantee that it would come out because of the type of stain it was, but he worked his magic and my carpet is good as new!
The water pump broke on the van partway through the job so another tech had to come out but they were very thorough in their explanation and very apologetic - it wasn't an inconvenience at all, it only took an extra 15 minutes.
Great company to work with, I'll definitely be using them again!
