Frurcisco Palacius was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about your products, and he got the coffee stain out after 2 years of cleaning. I really like him to come back again in the near future.

I like that you do not use chemicals on my carpet. You have a different way to clean them and i don't have to put up with any kind of toxic chemical fragrance smells.
Also the technician was very knowledgeable and his service was great.
