The tech, Alberto was very proficient and professional. I could tell he was a little stressed because the stain on the mattress was not coming out and he was very concerned until he thought about trying a mixture of bleach and water. We decided to try it and he sprayed it on and waited a few minutes before using the wet vac, then it began to disappear, we were both very pleased. Other services would have just given up and left it. I am very impressed with the work ethic of this young man. After Easter, I plan to schedule another appointment for my carpets. Thank you Alberto,

Extremely satisfied with Zerorez! We had used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and were not happy with the outcome. Steven promptly communicated, gave advance notice on his arrival and walked through the entire process. Their process leaves the carpet not as wet and aftercare is easily explained. Also, the pricing is very transparent

The duct cleaning for our first floor has greatly reduced the amount of dust coming from our ducts. Your employee was courteous and professional. I would recommend duct cleaning and floor cleaning which you have done for us.

The Zerorez tech, Sean, contacted us and arrived before the original time window. His work was excellent! Stains were removed that I didn’t believe would be possible. We will be booking another appointment soon!
Took them less than an hour to do three rooms, stairs and a hallway.
On the downside we couldn't use the rooms for a day and a half. It took that long to dry.
