My vintage velvet couch had to be cleaned & I had a heck of a time finding someone to clean it at an affordable price. Zerorez said they could accommodate my needs after I sent in some pictures of the couch. They were reasonably priced & had a very professional approach both on the phone & with the service. I had a bit of an issue with the outcome, but after talking with John (the manager) he was polite & positive about resolving the issue. He was more than fair with me & provided solutions to my discrepancy.
I would highly recommend Zerorez for the professionalism, great customer service & quality in actuality caring about the customers satisfaction.

Anthony was so helpful. He explained the cleaning process to us and walked us through each room. We had some pet stains and he was able to remove the stains and deodorize the carpet and now the carpet looks new again. I will recommend Anthony to my friends!
