I was very happy with the recent upholstery cleaner for our section sofa. There were several stains in the couch that I wasn't sure would come out. Our technician went over them several times and I am happy to say there are no more stains. The sectional looks great and I would highly recommend using Zerorez!

Jacob was amazing. He took the time to do a thorough job. My carpet was so dirty and it looks amazing now. He cleaned my couch and loveseat as well. He said he wasn’t sure that they would clean up very well. He took his time and they look amazing! I am so happy with the final result! Jacob was very great!

Technician was on time to start the cleaning process. He walked over the job and ask if we had any questions then he got to work. When the job was complete every room was cleaned and we could tell how clean the carpet was.
Our technician 10/1/26 was excellent, process resulted in visible improvement! We've used Zerorez multiple times. I was disappointed not getting a call 30 mins prior to arrival... tho' arrival was within the promised service window. I like the non-chemical approach.
I had Zerorez come to my house for some cleaning. My technician was Jose N. he got here on time and after I explained what I wanted cleaned he gave me the cost of the cleaning which I felt was very reasonable, then got right to work. He cleaned a family room, stairway with two landings and a master bedroom with walk-in closet. He also cleaned a Lazy Boy reclining sofa and a Lazy Boy recliner. He took a 9x12 area rug back to the warehouse to be cleaned. The carpeting and furniture looked great when he finished. The area rug was returned one week later and looked brand new. I highly recommend Zerorez for any cleaning you may need. We plan on having them back to clean our furnace vents before we have to turn it on for cooler weather.
